Happier Hour- Guided meditation at London Bloomsbury.

Practice evidence-based breathwork techniques that help reduce stress and increase mental clarity

• Learn simple “happiness hacks” that can improve mood, focus, and resilience during busy study periods.

• Try desktop yoga exercises you can easily use during long hours of studying.

• Experience a guided meditation to calm the mind and refresh your nervous system.

• Get a short introduction to the Sudarshan Kriya (SKY)® rhythmic breathing technique, recently featured in The Guardian.
