Learn the ways in which you can use ChatGPT in everyday life.
This session will explore some of the use cases for a student to use generative AI as part of their student life and how to achieve this using ChatGPT. We'll outline the functionality of the free and subscription versions, align this with the University of Law's AI in Higher Education Policy, introduce good prompt design and run through some examples. Examples will range from using it to develop ideas for presentations, analysing data and reports, developing your CV, creating images and creating effective social media posts. The workshop is intended for those who are aware of ChatGPT but have not used it extensively. Although we'll focus on ChatGPT, the ideas will be transferrable to alternative Generative AI tools.
