Alice and Amanda are both practicing solicitors who specialise in human rights and criminal law respectively. They will be discussing how they overcame vicarious trauma while working as solicitors and the tactics they used to not just survive, but flourish.
You will leave this session knowing how to identifying the warning signs of vicarious trauma, how to put your wellbeing first in a stressful profession, and how to develop resilience in the face of hardship by drawing on Alice and Amanda’s personal experiences.
