An initial booking deposit (or the full amount if you’d prefer) is due by 1st November 2026. We must have at least 40 people booked onto the trip by 1st November for the weekend to go ahead. If we do not have these numbers by this date, all monies paid will be refunded to you w/c 2nd November.
If you change your mind about the trip, your deposit (or full amount paid) is refundable until 1st November.
