SU Website Log In Issue

What seems to be the problem?

We're sorry there is an issue getting you logged in.

  • Students should log in using the black 'Student Login' button using your University Student Email Address and Password.
  • Guests can use the 'Email' box.

If you have tried this and still can't log in, keep reading and we'll get you sorted as soon as possible.

Problems with your University Microsoft Account

Our website uses a 'Single Sign On' (SSO) log-in system for students. This means you log in using your University Student Email Address and Password, just like when you log in to Outlook or the myULaw app. These accounts, including the email address, passwords and Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) are managed by Microsoft and the I.T Department

New students will have received an email to your personal email address from admissions@law.ac.uk, titled ‘Your acceptance confirmation’. Within this email, you will find your log-in details.

If you can't log in because...

  • Your email is not recognised
  • Your password is not working, or you have forgotten it
  • Your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is not working or hasn't been set up

Then please email IT.ServiceDesk@law.ac.uk(ideally using the email address you used during the admission process if you can't access your student account) including details such as the email address you are having problems with, your student reference number, or any other information you think would be helpful. You can also try calling them directly at +441483216666.
