Welcome to the Campus Chat Page. Here you can see all Ulaw campuses listed below. We've made groups for each campus for students to join and virtually meet and talk to fellow students from those campuses.

We suggest you only join the group for your campus, so you meet with other students and create a greater community feel for your campus.

How to join

To get started, scroll down, click on your campus and select the 'Join this Group' button. Once you've joined, you will then be able to access the chat by pressing on your name in the top right-hand corner of the SU website. After you've clicked on your name, select the 'inbox' option from the dropdown menu. You'll then be taken to a page where you'll be able to start chatting to your peers who are also part of the same Campus Chat group.

Disclaimer

By using the Campus Chat function, you are agreeing to comply with the provisions and policies outlined within the Campus Chat Code of Conduct, which can be found HERE

Please keep in mind that the purpose of Campus Chat function is to allow you to meet and connect with other students on your campus outside of your workshop group and/or programme of study. It is a student led space that allows you to meet other students in an open environment. You may find that using this function, you want to create a club or society, study group or your own group chat outside of this function with students you meet here.

The Campus Chat function is not to be used for collaborating, colluding or discussing assessments. As a reminder to students, the student discipline regulations make it clear that this behaviour is prohibited, and consequences can lead to a formal investigation and removal from your programme of study.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to harassment, bullying or discriminatory behaviour. Anyone found in breach of this will be removed from the group and may face disciplinary action.

If you experience or see someone else subject to any instance of abuse, bullying, harassment, hate crime or sexual misconduct you can use the university's Report and Support website to report your concerns. You can use this site to report any concerns you have for the well-being of yourself or another student, with the choice to report something anonymously or with your contact details. The website can be found here: Report + Support - The University of Law
