• Attended and Presented in my final Co-President Accountability Panel.
• Held a catch up with our elected Vice-Presidents with fellow Co-President Huma.
• Attended my final Int Student Experience Group meeting and Chaired my final Int Student Voice Committee, Employability Student Voice Committee, TEDx meetings.
• Planned and hosted a quiz competition between BPP and ULaw SU students with a £100 for the winner and £50 each for second and third place. ULaw students won all three prizes! This is the first event ever held jointly between BPP and ULaw Students’ Union, hopefully this marks the beginning of a beautiful and productive partnership bringing better and bigger events to you!
• Astonbury 2024 - Huma and I were invited to attend the student festival organised by Aston University and SU. This shows the great relationships we have built with other Students’ Unions throughout our tenure.
• End of Q2 Strategy Away Day in Leeds - Attended away day in Leeds with fellow SU staff  where we discussed SU values and goals moving forward!
• Student Buddies / Global Games Cafe Event in Manchester - Meet wonderful Int students on the Manchester campus.
• Extensive Handover Meetings with incoming presidents, Uche and Peter, so that they are fully prepared for their roles.
• New Model for Student Leaders/Representatives Consultation - Provided our thoughts on the new rep model created by our amazing SU coordinators, Laura and Gary.
• SU Strategy Consultation - Provided our thoughts on the SU 2024-27 strategy draft.
• SU Governing Board - Attended and Contributed to the final SUGB meeting. Additionally I chaired a section of the meeting. 
• UKCISA Conference - Attended and Contributed to the UK council for International Student Affairs Conference where I was a speaker at an event about International students and our experiences in the UK. Attendees of this conference came from all over the UK and work in departments in Universities that deal with International students.
• SU Awards Ceremony 2024 - Helped organise and Hosted the SU Awards Ceremony in London. We welcomed many of our students, reps and staff and it was a wonderful send off for Huma and I where we gave our Presidents Awards and our Farewell Speeches!

 

I am going to miss all of you so much. Thank you for electing me to be your president two years in a row. I appreciate you trust in me and I hope I have made you proud!
