• Graduation Tasks - Choosing from nominations from Campus Deans and Staff on which student to speak at each graduation. 

 

• Preparing the NUS Delegates for the NUS conferences, booked their hotels and some trains, preparing speeches.

 

• Attended and Participated in the Education Programmes SSLC as well as the SU Students Parliament.

 

• Attended and participated in the National Union of Students (NUS) National Conference.

 

• Attended and presented our policy at the NUS Liberation conference, first time ever ULaw submitting a policy and it being chosen to be debated at conference from a selection of policies from SUs all over the UK.

 

• Mayor Hustings Tasks / Preparing for and attending the Co-President Accountability panel / prepration for presentation to the Executive board and Board of Directors of the university. 

 

• Meeting the new Co-Presidents tomorrow and providing them with some handover training.

 

• Helping out with the Mayor Hustings Event and attended the West Midlands Accountability event.

 

• Conducting a Well-being social media campaign in collaboration with other SU staff.

 

• Preparing and attending a meeting with a external consultant regarding SU independence.

 

• Working on getting a TEDx Midlands deal going through for our Midlands students and chairing the second TEDx Steering Committee Meeting.

 

• Preparing for another campaign sometime in May on the topic of Financial Literacy and money saving tips, we are doing it in collaboration with other SU staff and the Money and Housing University team.

 

• Online campus engagements - Managing a Duolingo language learning classroom that has 40 students (max capacity) in it, a second classroom has been created.
