As I stated in my manifesto, I have three aims, to increase: commercial awareness, sustainability, and the community feel (both within and between the campuses).

Specifically, I hope to encourage growth in the commercial awareness of the student body by creating a dedicated section on the website, starting a blog, and organising talks from businesses to help you with your applications and future careers.

I will also be reviewing and hopefully improving ULaws current environmental impact (eg printing, reusable cups, ethical sourcing etc) by creating an improved sustainability policy and ensuring that the University continues to take steps to protect the planet.

I aim to improve the community spirit between campuses by encouraging cross-campus events/competitions, as well as bringing in a Charity of the Year voted for by you so that we can join together to fight for what we believe in.

During this pandemic and its aftermath, it is essential to stay connected. I hope to be able to see as many of you as possible (from a safe distance at least!) so that I can hear all of your ideas. We are still in difficult times so if this can not be in person, I will ensure that there is always a way to reach me, specifically by utilising social media to reassure you all that although I may not be on your campuses as much as I would like, I am still here to listen.
